The Orchard Rooms is a small, informal venue. It is available for hire for classes, meetings, workshops and all kinds of gatherings which are in tune with our ethos of education, sustainability, creativity and wellbeing.
Hire charges: Morning: 9.00 - 13.00 or Afternoon: 13.00 - 17.00 - £50 Day: 9.00 - 17.00 - £90
Hourly hire may be possible if you are booking at least 4 hours in total, at £15 per hour. Please ask for details. Payment in full is required at the time of booking, together with a refundable damage deposit cheque for £50.00.
Cancellations:
Cancellations more than two weeks before the hire date will be refunded, less an administration deposit of one third of the hire fee.
Cancellations within two weeks of the hire date will not be refunded.
If a cancellation is made by us, we will refund the hire fee in full.
