Fun on the farm

This week was a very important birthday and we celebrated in style. We managed to find the perfect book (Growing from Pips!),  Ian was sent into London on wholesale deliveries with apple cake and we had a lovely birthday feast with chocolate cake, replete with blackberry coulis and berries from the farm. We also pressed and pasteurised someone else's apples which is a first for us. Our hydraulic press did us proud. Get in touch if you would like to do the same.

Whilst we haven't really had many rainy days, we did the ultimate rainy day activity - we completed our jigsaw of our beautiful design work that our friend Vanessa Stone has created for us. Lots of people have asked about her when they pick up our fliers. Do have a look at her website here.
